The Ness Center at Northlake is a comprehensive outpatient clinic providing various treatments for a wide range a mental health and substance use disorders.
We provide behavioral healthcare for adults with substance use disorders and mental health needs.
The level of care ranges from intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient and alumni support. Our Mobile Crisis Team provides community based services to adults and adolescents experiencing a behavioral health crisis needing on-site intervention and referral.
Services offered:
- Case Management
- Counseling services, family support services, and peer support
- Crisis behavioral health services including 24/7/365 mobile crisis teams
- Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) including Suboxone treatment
- Ambulatory Detox and Medication Management
- Outpatient (OP) treatment for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
- Primary care screening and treatment services
- Psychiatric screening, assessment, and diagnosis
The Ness Center team serves a the primary source for coordinated care with other social services and health care providers focusing on a whole health holistic approach to healthcare.

IOP Group Times: Four days per week from: 10:00am – 1:00pm & 6:00pm – 9:00pm
MCS: call center available seven days per week 24/7
