Working with Northlake

Refer a Patient to Northlake Behavioral Health System

Primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals may refer a patient to Northlake Behavioral Health System or contact us to make an intake appointment for the patient.

School staff can recommend Northlake to the parents of students to be seen and treated, or the staff member can make a direct referral. Minor students must have permission from a legal guardian to be treated.
