Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Northlake provides individualized and group structured therapies for patients while being able to resume to their daily lives. There is programming to treat mental illness as well as drug addiction. Patients come in for services several days a week, as opposed to every day. During these sessions, patients are able to process their experiences and challenges and reinforce their skills learned to apply to their clean and sober lifestyle.

Therapy Methods
Our program adopts Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), crisis intervention therapy, psychotherapy, solution-based therapy, medication management, holistic therapy and individual therapy sessions. Group and individualized therapy sessions are critical, fundamental elements of treatment in aiding to a patient’s recovery. These sessions are led by our licensed medical and social service staff. The topics discussed during these sessions address different coping mechanisms and help clients learn management techniques to aid in a successful recovery.
